- Macro Molds manufactures injection moulds mainly for plastic, PUR, and rubber for the purposes of automotive and domestic appliance industries as well as other entities
- We manufacture moulds based on 3D and 2D product documentation provided by the Customer and use Siemens NX for design purposes.
- Structures of moulds are based on standard parts manufactured by Meusburger, FCPK, Hasco, or DME. We obtain steel for inserts from well-known suppliers: Bohler – Uddeholm, Bogner Edelstahl, or Akrostal
- Heat and chemical treatment is performed for us by specialised plants using the latest technology, which is always confirmed with a hardening certificate.
- In addition, we manufacture 2K rotatable moulds and index mounds as well as moulds for overmoulding with equipment that allows overmoulded parts to be loaded automatically
- Moulds are manufactured using modern machining centres, which ensures quality and timely manufacture of tools
- We also manufacture blanking dies and press tools for steel and soundproofing parts for the automotive industry
